The invention relates to multiform long-sleeve shirt having detachable and, thereby, replaceable collar and cuffs both parts being united with the body of the shirt via a concealed zipper or buttons or clasps. In other variants, said long-sleeve shirt can be optionally worn at the user’s convenience with or without collar or cuffs what leads to new forms of shirt and, consequently, to the reduction of the purchase of new clothing.
