A thin film solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a photoelectric conversion unit which includes at least two photoelectric conversion layers, an intermediate reflection layer which is located between different photoelectric conversion layers, reflects a part of light, and transmits the remaining light, and a rear reflection layer which reflects the light which passes through at least two photoelectric conversion layer. The refractive index of the intermediate reflection layer is higher than the refractive index of the rear reflection layer.
