An apparatus for fermenting animal carcass according to the present invention may comprise: one or more fermentation units fermenting and decomposing animal carcasses; a plurality of storage tanks connected to the fermentation unit to supply any one selected from microorganisms, enzyme preparations, proliferation catalysts, or antiseptics; and a control unit for controlling the one selected from the microorganisms, enzyme preparations, proliferation promoters, or antiseptics to be supplied in a fixed amount to the fermentation unit at every predetermined time interval. The apparatus for fermenting animal carcass according to the present invention may provide optimal conditions required for fermentation, such as an automatic supply of a fixed amount of microorganisms, etc. at every predetermined time interval so that animal carcasses may be fermented in a shorter time than that in the conventional arts; and the fermentation process is performed several times through a plurality of fermentation units so as to enhance fermentation efficiency. Furthermore, the apparatus is environmentally friendly in that pathogenic bacteria generated by exposition of carcasses in the air or harmful gases or harmful components generated during processes may be removed.
