The present invention relates to a pillow and, more particularly, to a pillow which is capable of preventing cervical nerves from being pressed when a user is sleeping and preventing the face from being pressed even when the user lies on the user′s side. The pillow has a structure which includes a first area consisting of a groove which accommodates the head and extends from the center of the front to the rear, and having a cut portion formed on the front side of the groove, a second area extending from a left edge of the groove in the first area, and having a left front edge which is formed in the shape of a gentle curve where only a forehead portion including an ear from the rear of the neck can touch when a user lies on the user′s right side using the pillow, and a third area extending from a right edge of the groove in the first area, and having a right front edge which is formed in the shape of a gentle curve where only a forehead portion including an ear from the rear of the neck can touch when the user lies on the user′s left side using the pillow. |
