The present invention relates to a laminate and a device including a substrate manufactured using the same, wherein the laminate includes a debonding layer including a polyimide-based resin with a similarity value of 0.5 or less calculated by equation 1 as defined in the specification between a carrier substrate and a flexible substrate; thereby easily removing the flexible substrate from the carrier substrate even though a laser irradiation process, a light irradiation process, or the like does not proceed; easily manufacturing a device having a flexible substrate or the like, suppressing degradation of reliability and failure occurrence due to laser irradiation or light irradiation, and manufacturing a device having high reliability and improved device characteristics.
