摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an ion conductor support-type gas separation membrane planar module structure for connecting and expanding a unit short circuit separation membrane for selectively effecting the passage of gas via gas ion exchange through an ion conducting membrane and electron exchange reaction by a support layer. The present invention can ensure excellent chemical and mechanical durability at high temperature, specifically under an atmosphere of CO_2 and H_2O using a chemically stable fluorite-based ion conducting membrane, and can manufacture pure gas at low costs as the passage of gas is generated by an inner circuit without applying voltage from the outside. In addition, an optimal process condition for raising gas ion permeability can be found as a compact separation membrane module for manufacturing gas is easy to compose by stacking planar membranes and electron conductivity can be changed easily in a permeation device by adjusting the interval, width, etc. of perforations on a support. Also, a manufacturing process is simple as the thickness of electrolyte, which is the characteristic of a planar structure, can be reduced for the gas separation membrane planar module to have high permeability and the support and the electrolyte except metal can be manufactured even using a tape casting method.</p>
