An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for producing a polarizing lens, the method comprising: carrying out curved-surface processing in which a polarizing film is deformed into a curved surface; carrying out heat treatment in which the optical film, having been processed into a curved surface, is heated at a temperature of at least 105°C but less than 150°C; assembling a molding tool, having an internal cavity into which the polarizing film is disposed, by means of the heat-treated polarizing film, an upper and a lower mold arranged facing one on either side of the polarizing film, with a gap therebetween, and a seal member which seals the gap between the upper and lower molds; injecting a curable composition into the cavity; curing the curable composition and thus obtaining a polarizing lens inside of which the polarizing film is disposed; and removing the resulting polarizing lens from the molds. |
