PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection nozzle that injects a fuel into an internal combustion engine and that is improved in spray penetration force while maintaining a desired injection angle.SOLUTION: An injection hole 11 has an inside part 11c which has an inlet 11a open on a sack wall surface 20 and an outside part 11d which has an outlet 11b. A flow passage axis "x" of the inside part 11c and a flow passage axis "y" of the outside part 11d cross each other, and the angle &thetas;in between the flow passage axis of the inside part 11c and the sack wall surface 20 is larger than the angle &thetas;out between the flow passage axis of the outside part 11d and the sack wall surface 20. Consequently, while a desired injection angle is maintained by the outside part 11d of the injection hole 11, a fuel inflow angle can be made gentle by the inside part 11c of the injection hole 11, so a fuel flow can be suppressed from separating nearby the injection hole inlet. Consequently, pressure loss can be reduced and spray penetration force can be thereby improved. |
