PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reconstruction device capable of suppressing variation in a CT value of a hard tissue between a plurality of photographic modes in which a subject protrudes from an FOV (Field of View) and ways of protruding are different from each other.SOLUTION: An image reconstruction device comprises: reconstruction volume data generation means which generates reconstruction volume data from a measurement image corresponding to a region irradiated with an X-ray; and value conversion processing means which converts a voxel value of the reconstruction volume data to a CT value. Moreover, the image reconstruction device unifies between the plurality of photographic modes the voxel value of water used when the value conversion processing means converts the voxel value of the reconstruction volume data into the CT value in the case of reconstructing the measurement images in the plurality of photographic modes in which a subject protrudes from an FOV, and ways of protruding are different from each other. |
