PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified rubber elastic body and an electrophotographic member capable of achieving both of powder releasability and low friction property.SOLUTION: A modified rubber elastic body 12 includes a rubber elastic body 121 having rubber elasticity and a surface treatment layer 122 comprising a cured product of a photo-curable composition which is made to impregnate through the surface of the rubber elastic body 121. The photo-curable composition comprises: a (meth)acryl monomer; a photopolymerizable polymer having a silicone group and/or a fluorine-containing group, and a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule; and a photopolymerization initiator. The electrophotographic member can be configured to be a roll member 1, a blade member, a belt member, or the like, and uses the above modified rubber elastic body 12 as a material of a portion including a surface of each member. |
