PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beef cattle feed which may improve meat quality including marbling without impairing growth of beef cattle, and to provide a method for breeding beef cattle.SOLUTION: Provided are a beef cattle feed comprising Vitamin B6 or a salt thereof, the ester selected from the group consisting of carboxylate ester, sulfate ester, and phosphoric ester, or the glycoside bound to the sugar selected from the group consisting of oligosaccharide more than monosaccharide, disaccharide, trisaccharide, and tetrasaccharide, and biotin or a salt thereof, and a method for breeding beef cattle which supplies the feed concerned. |
