PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring apparatus which can drastically reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring apparatus 1 which is attached to a user's body and measures biological information on the user has: a pulse wave measurement section 10 which measures a pulse wave signal including a signal composition equivalent to pulsation of the user; a status determination section 43 which determines whether or not the user is in a sleeping status; and a measurement control section 45 which allows the pulse wave measurement section to intermittently perform measurement operation of the pulse wave signal when the status determination section determines that the user is in the sleeping status.
