PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an unfermented beer-like sparkling drink in which even though a purine body concentration is very low, beer-likeness is held; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A non-fermentation beer-like sparkling drink is that an addition amount of a raw material including a purine body is adjusted, and the purine body concentration is at most 0.2 mg/100 mL, and includes one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of 3- methyl-1- butanol, isovaleric acid, γ-nonalactone, 4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3-furanone, 2-acetyl thiazole, 4-vinyl guaiacol, 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, 2-propyl-1-pyrroline, myrcene, linalool, &bgr;-damascenone, phenethyl alcohol, cis-3-hexenol, 3-methyl-2- butene-1-thiol, methionol, and 2-methyl-3-furanthiol. |
