<p>A multi-lumen single-body double mis-inhalation-proof drainage-type laryngeal mask, related to a laryngeal mask that can reduce risks of mis-inhalation of a refluxate into the airway and allows for easy intubation. The multi-lumen single-body double mis-inhalation-proof drainage-type laryngeal mask comprises a main tube (1), a cuff (2) connected to an extremity of the main tube (1), a ventilation hole (21) provided on the cuff (2), a drainage hole (22) provided at an extremity of the cuff (2), and, a ventilation lumen (11) and an esophageal drainage lumen (12) provided in the main tube (1). The ventilation lumen (11) is in communication with the ventilation hole (21). The esophageal drainage lumen (12) is in communication with the drainage hole (22). The main tube (1) is also provided therein with a second drainage lumen (14). The main tube (1) is provided at the inner wall thereof in proximity to the ventilation hole (21) with a second drainage hole (141). The second drainage lumen (14) is in communication with the second drainage hole (141). The extremity of the main tube (1) is bent at the side where the ventilation hole (21) is at.</p> |
