The present invention relates to a hybrid die-casting mold apparatus comprising a hybrid mold (10) having a cavity (32) which includes a pair of air conditioner piston-shaped portions of the same shape, into which molten metal for filling the pair of air conditioner piston-shaped portions is injected, and which casts a hollow air conditioner piston (100) from each of the pair of air conditioner piston-shaped portions by forming a vacuum in and simultaneously applying local pressure to the pair of air conditioner piston-shaped portions filled with the molten metal. Therefore, the hybrid die-casting mold apparatus of the present invention manufactures an air conditioner piston (100) by applying high vacuum and local pressure to the cavity (32) of the hybrid mold (10), and particularly allows an air conditioner piston (100), which has a very low porosity level in the manufacturing process and satisfies a high degree of hardness required for air conditioner compressor applications, to be easily mass-produced.
