The present invention relates to a vehicle mounted system to perform a car sharing service of an electric car by using a server computer which is connected through a network. The vehicle mounted system is able to provide various car sharing services by using an electric car by being connected with a car sharing center through a wireless network and improve user convenience by using a high-pass, a transportation card, or a smartphone since the system includes: an integrated terminal device for vehicle which provides car sharing information for a user and transmits command information of the user to the server computer; a vehicle control device which controls the electric car by receiving an application of a vehicle control signal from the server computer; and a communication modem device which wirelessly transmits and receives the car sharing information and the vehicle control signal with the server computer.
