<p>A multilayer ceramic capacitor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a ceramic body comprising a first side and a second side which face each other and a third cross section and a fourth cross section which connect the first side and the second side, a plurality of internal electrodes which are formed in the ceramic body and which have one end exposed through the third cross section or the fourth cross section, and a first side margin part and a second side margin part which are formed from the first and second sides to the end of the internal electrodes. In the width direction of the ceramic body, both ends of the internal electrodes have oxidation regions. The maximum length (Lmax) of the oxidation region of the internal electrode which contributes to the formation of a capacity, excluding the uppermost internal electrode and the lowermost internal electrode among the internal electrodes, is 3um or less. The standard deviation of the length is 1um or less.</p> |
