<p>Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for diagnosing a fuel leakage in a vehicle. According to the present invention, both of a canister shutoff valve and a purge valve are controlled to be closed after a fuel pressure in a fuel tank is set into atmospheric pressure after both of the canister shutoff valve and the purge valve are controlled to be opened after an engine is stopped. After both of the canister shutoff valve and the purge valve are controlled to be closed, even though the fuel pressure in the fuel tank reaches a predetermined value, the stuck-at error of the purge valve is diagnosed when an inspiratory pressure behavior is monitored after the purge valve is controlled to be opened at a predefined value while a fuel pressure switch is not connected, thereby improving the reliability of a result from the diagnosis of the fuel leakage, wherein the fuel pressure in the fuel tank is reduced when the purge valve is controlled to be opened after the engine is forcibly ignited.</p> |
