PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain impartial advertisement effects by determining an advertisement reproducing terminal which is permitted to reproduce an advertisement content according to a use state of a karaoke apparatus.SOLUTION: For a karaoke apparatus 2 of each karaoke room, a center server 1 acquires use state information representing the current number of users. The center server 1 determines advertisement reproducing terminals 4 corresponding to some of karaoke apparatuses 2 to be permitted which satisfy the permitted number of users corresponding to a predetermined permission ratio of the total number of users of all karaoke apparatuses 2 based upon the acquired use state information. Then the center server 1 transmits reproduction permission information representing that an advertisement content is permitted to be reproduced to the determined advertisement reproducing terminals 4.
