<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator, a rotary electric machine having the stator, and a manufacturing method for the stator, capable of increasing a space factor of a conductor in a slot, with satisfactory heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A stator 12 includes: a stator core 12a having a plurality of slots 12b arrayed in a circumferential direction; a stator coil 12d wound round the stator core 12a by electric connection of a conductor 18 having a rectangular section and accommodated in each slot 12b; and a fixing material 21, filled in the slot 12b, for fixing the conductor 18 accommodated in the slot 12b. The slot 12b includes gaps 22, 23 whose peripheries are sectioned by the fixing material 21, the conductor 18, insulation paper 26, etc., and through which coolant can flow.</p> |
