PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broadcast information on merchandise to a plurality of portable terminals with a low load on a network.SOLUTION: A system (10) includes; an information processor (20) and a portable terminal (50). The information processor transfers first identification information of merchandise for sale to a consumer to the portable terminal (50) related to the consumer, and after the safety information of the merchandise for sale including second identification information of the merchandise for sale is stored, performs the regional broadcast distribution of notification information including the second identification information of the merchandise for sale via a mobile communication base station (4). The portable terminal receives the identification information of the merchandise for sale to the consumer, and stores it as third identification information of purchased merchandise, and when receiving the notification information by regional broadcast distribution via the mobile communication base station, compares the second identification information of the merchandise for sale included in the notification information with the stored third identification information of the purchased merchandise, and when the second identification information is coincident with the third identification information, displays information indicating the safety information corresponding to the second identification information which is coincident with the third identification information. |
