PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data center entry/exit control method which improves the level of security and reduces time from entry to exit of a worker by using simple facilities that are found in existing data centers, such as a plurality of server lacks capable of performing unlocking and locking operations, portable terminals, monitoring cameras, and the like in a specific way in an entry/exit control area of a data center.SOLUTION: In an entry/exit control area 2, a worker transmits an unlocking request for a specific server lack 5 to a controller by operating a portable terminal 12. The controller identifies the portable terminal 12 on the basis of portable terminal identification information and collates the portable terminal identification information with admission card identification information. If the portable terminal identification information matches with the admission card identification information and the server lack 5 for which the unlocking request was issued matches with a server lacks 5 on which the worker is permitted to work, it unlocks the specific server lack 5 for which the unlocking request was issued. |
