<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-base sliding alloy that achieves improvements in both fatigue resistance and seizure resistance by control of deposited Al-Cu compounds.SOLUTION: The Al-base sliding alloy comprises 0.5-2.0 mass% of Cu. The Al-Cu compounds deposited on the Al matrix have the maximum diameter of 50-500 nm, and the number of the Al-Cu compounds contained in the observation visual field of 7000 nm×6000 nm is 200-600.</p> |
