<p>Disclosed is a torque converter for vehicles. The torque converter for vehicles according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a torsional damper connected to a lockup clutch, a converter housing, and a gear train which is formed between turbine runners, combines engine torque branched from a front cover and transferred through the lock-up clutch and the torsional damper with engine torque branched from the front cover and transferred through the converter housing in a reverse phase, and transfers the combined engine torque to the input shaft of a transmission connected to the turbine runner.</p> |
