PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent followability (flexibility) to an adherend at the time of lamination, and capable of maintaining adhesive strength at the time of lamination even in a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition at least includes: an acrylic adhesive; an isocyanate crosslinking agent; and a terpenoid tackifier. The adhesive composition includes 0.2-1.4 pts.mass of the isocyanate crosslinking agent in a solid form ratio to 100 pts.mass of the acrylic adhesive, and 3-45 pts.mass of the terpenoid tackifier in a solid form ratio to 100 pts.mass of the acrylic adhesive.
