Provided in the present application are a control method and user equipment for power configuration in a heterogeneous network. The control method for power configuration comprises: determining whether or not the user equipment is at a soft handover zone between uplink/downlink balance points and having a macro station as a service base station; when the user equipment is in the soft handover zone between the uplink/downlink balance points and having the macro station as the service base station, increasing the power of a dedicated physical control channel to allow the service base station to receive normally a signal coming from the user equipment; and, adjusting a power offset of an enhanced dedicated physical data channel to a first power offset, where the first power offset is any one value in a flat area of the optimal power offset of the user equipment. By means of this, when the user equipment is at the soft handover zone of the heterogeneous network, not only is implementation of normal communication with a base station allowed, but also the performance of an HS-DPCCH is allowed to be unaffected. |
