<p>The invention concerns a knife provided with a first blade (1) in the bottom of a groove (5) in a body (2) of the knife at a first end of the body of the knife and a second blade (3), that can be extracted at a second end of the body of the knife that comprises a safety device provided with a bistable element (4a, 4b) that can be moved between a first position (A) and a second position (B), said device closing the entrance of the groove (5) and releasing the extractable blade (3) when in the first position (A), and opening the entrance of the groove (5) and holding the extractable blade (3) in a retracted position when in the second position (B), the device further comprising a control means (6) for controlling the bistable element that is designed to allow the device to switch from one of said positions (A, B) to the other of said positions (B, A) by pushing the control means with a force higher than a switching threshold of the bistable element.</p> |
