Disclosed are a device and a method for providing intersection crash information. The device for providing intersection crash information according to the present invention comprises: a surrounding information acquiring unit to acquire intersection-surrounding information including vehicle heading information, a vehicle rotation frequency, a vehicle trace, and vehicle speed information from a road sensor mounted in an intersection or/and a vehicle sensor mounted in a vehicle; a crash information calculating unit to calculate intersection crash information including the degree of outputted vehicle crash risk using the intersection-surrounding information; and a crash information providing unit to provide a user with the outputted intersection crash information.
