The present invention relates to a device for washing a dust collecting filter under high pressure and drying the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises a spraying nozzle which washes the outer and inner surface of the dust collecting filter under high pressure; a spraying nozzle controlling unit which controls distance maintenance of the spraying nozzle and the surface of the filter; a nozzle unit which sprays dried air from the inner surface of the filter toward outer surface of the filter by using a dried air spraying nozzle inner surface of the dust collecting filter; a driving motor which drives the dust collecting filter; and a spraying position moving device which controls the spraying position moving of the nozzle unit.
