摘要 The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus including an evaporation water supply unit for supplying evaporation water and a unit module to simultaneously cool cooling air and cooling fluid. The unit module includes a plurality of heat transfer plates spaced apart from each other in a direction vertical to an air exhaust direction; at least one dry channel pin disposed between two adjacent heat transfer plates while making contact with the two adjacent heat transfer plates such that processing air can be introduced into the dry channel pin; at least one wet channel pin disposed between two adjacent heat transfer plates while making contact with the two adjacent heat transfer plates such that processing air that has passed through the dry channel pin is partially introduced into the wet channel pin, in which the wet channel pin is cooled as the wet channel pin is wetted by the evaporation water supplied from the evaporation water supply unit; and a cooling tube, in which a cooling fluid flows inside the cooling tube and is cooled as heat is transferred to the wet channel pin. The cooling apparatus can produce cooling liquid as well as cooling air so that utilization of a recycle-evaporation type cooler can be widened.
