<p>This circuit switchgear has a housing, a handle (100), and a handle spring (SP1). Said handle spring (SP1) comprises a coil spring that biases the handle (100) in a first direction that corresponds to the circumferential direction of the handle (100) and exerts an elastic force in a second direction that is parallel to the axis of rotation of the handle (100). The handle (100) has a temporary locking part that temporarily locks a second end section of the handle spring (SP1), which is compressed in the direction opposite the aforementioned second direction and is attached to the abovementioned housing.
