The present invention relates to an internetworking data transmission system and a method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an internetworking data transmission system and a method thereof which are capable of highly improving convenience and reducing counseling time, by letting data transmission applications be downloaded and installed in a customer terminal and an ARS staff terminal, storing assorted information to be transmitted as data during ARS counseling in advance, letting an ARS counselor easily select and send specific data about complicated or difficult information to a customer terminal, and allowing the ARS counselor to control output of pages related to the data transmitted to the customer terminal.
