PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generation module that improves adhesive properties between a thermoelectric conversion layer and an electrode and a substrate, and improves flexibility.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generation module 10 includes: a substrate 1; a plurality of electrodes 2 disposed on the substrate 1; and a thermoelectric conversion layer 3 that individually coats each of the electrodes 2 by leaving a portion 2a to which a wiring of the electrodes 2 is connected. The thermoelectric power generation module 10 is formed by bonding the thermoelectric conversion layer 3 to the substrate 1 at a periphery of the electrodes 2 except for the portion 2a to which the wiring of the electrodes 2 is connected.
