PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the thickening of the outermost peripheral turn of a spiral conductor, to suppress the height of a solder fillet, and to ensure required mounting strength by a small amount of solder.SOLUTION: A spiral conductor 11, a terminal electrode 13, and a dummy terminal electrode 15 are provided on an upper surface 10a of a substrate 10, and a spiral conductor 12, a terminal electrode 14, and a dummy terminal electrode 16 are provided on a lower surface 10b of the substrate 10. Extraction electrodes 26 and 27 penetrate a metal magnetic powder containing resin layer 17 to be respectively connected to an upper surface of the extraction electrode 13 and the upper surface of the dummy terminal electrode 15. Outer side surfaces of the terminal electrodes 13 and 14, the dummy terminal electrodes 15 and 16, and the extraction electrodes 26 and 27 are exposed without being covered by magnetic powder containing resin layers 17 and 18. Side surfaces 10c and 10d of the substrate 10 on the same plane surface as the outer side surfaces of the terminal electrodes 13 and 14 are exposed together with the outer side surfaces of the terminal electrodes 13 and 14 without being covered by the metal magnetic powder containing resin layers 17 and 18. |
