<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for making a cover glass hardly generating a bubble where a gap between a base member of the plate for making a preparation and a cover glass becomes uniform, and even when the cover glass becomes thin it is not broken, while a specimen is placed on the plate for making the preparation, and even when an analysis is performed after an elapse of a long time after the cover glass is covered, the specimen does not deteriorate, and to provide the preparation covering the cover glass on this plate for making the cover glass.SOLUTION: A plate for making a preparation includes: a base plate 1 made of inorganic materials; and a gap formation member 2 made of inorganic materials, contacting to one surface of the base plate to suppress the movement to the outside of an observation region, of a specimen.</p> |
