<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which can obtain drug efficacies more certainly against disorders resulting from ischemia.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition to be used for a treatment, prevention, or diagnosis of disorders resulting from ischemia comprises one or more substances selected from the group consisting of a mitochondrial permeability transition pore-opening inhibitor, an angiotensin II type 1 receptor antagonist, a PPARγagonist and a contrast agent, and a biocompatible particle which encapsulates the substance. The biocompatible particle may contain a polylactide glycolide copolymer having a number average particle diameter of 2.5-1000 nm, or a polyethylene-glycols modification thereof.</p> |
