PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material for polystyrene contains which has easily peelable heat adhesiveness to polystyrene and is excellent in dead-fold properties.SOLUTION: A seal layer composed of three layers consisting of an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer is laminated on a substrate film layer. The inner and outer layers are composed of a polyethylene-based resin composition obtained by melt-kneading 0.05-5 pts. mass of a higher fatty acid ester having 2-10 epoxy groups in the molecule with 100 pts. mass of a mixed resin comprising 2-40 mass% of a modified polyethylene consisting of a low-density polyethylene introduced with carboxyl groups and 60-98 mass% of a low-density polyethylene or an SEBS type resin composition obtained by melt-kneading 50-70 mass% of a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer, 20-40 mass% of an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin and 5-30 mass% of a low-density polyethylene, and the middle layer is composed of a PBT type resin composition comprising 70 mass% or more of polybutylene terephthalate and 30 mass% or less of a cyclic olefin resin.
