A method for manufacturing a light guide plate, a light guide plate manufactured and a double-faced display device comprising the light guide plate. The method for manufacturing a light guide plate comprises: forming a plurality of first grooves (101) and second grooves (102) which are arranged at regular intervals on the surface of a transparent substrate (100); forming a first reflective layer (300) on the surface of the first grooves (101); and forming a transparent protective layer (500) on the overall surface of the substrate. Also provided is a light guide plate which can be used in a double-faced display device.
