The present invention relates to an electrode, a method for manufacturing the same, and a secondary battery using the same. The electrode comprises: carbon felt; a carbon nanotube or carbon fiber formed on the carbon felt surface; and a nitrogen-containing polymer layer which is formed on the surface of the carbon nanotube or the carbon fiber to be carbonized.
