Provided is a drug dispensing system which makes it possible to prevent handling errors when drugs are picked. A drug dispensing system (1) is provided with: a host computer (4) including an input device (8), to which is input prescription data based on a prescription; a drug issuing device (10) in which drugs are pre-stored and from which drugs are issued in accordance with the prescription data; and a picking and inspection device (20) for picking and inspecting drugs which have been picked in accordance with the prescription data. The drug issuing device (10) outputs replenishment information relating to drugs which have not been issued by the drug issuing device (10) but which need to be replenished. The picking and inspection device (20) receives as input the replenishment information and picks and inspects the drugs which have been replenished in accordance with the replenishment information. |
