Abstract A method for preparing an aqueous solution containing triterpenic acid, an aqueous solution containing triterpenic acid, and use thereof. Provided is an aqueous physiological solution of a plant extract containing triterpenic acid, a method for preparing same, and use thereof for therapeutic purposes. The provided method allows preparation of aqueous physiological solutions rich in triterpenic acid, which contain pharmacologically effective amounts of triterpenic acids.
