PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of being substituted for a halogen light bulb by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An LED lighting device comprises: a first LED having a semiconductor light-emitting element with a light-emission peak wavelength at 360 nm or more and 480 nm or less; a second LED having a semiconductor light-emitting element with a light-emission peak wavelength at 360 nm or more and 480 nm or less and emitting the white light with a predetermined color temperature; a lens module that has a non-lens part arranged in a light emitting direction of the first LED and having an optical conversion member for converting light emitted from the first LED into the red to the orange light, and a lens part arranged in a light emitting direction of the second LED; and a current control part for controlling driving current supplied to the first LED at a constant value for the period in which a driving signal is supplied from outside, while controlling driving current supplied to the second LED by variable current in response to the driving signal.
