PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL laminate in which an organic EL device is encapsulated by an encapsulation substrate (gas barrier film), and which can achieve light weight and thin film, and prevent detachment between layers, and more preferably prevent deterioration in light-emitting element caused by moisture and the like.SOLUTION: An organic EL laminate comprises a passivation film which covers a light-emitting element using an organic EL material; and a gas barrier film which has a lamination structure of an organic film and an inorganic film and which is bonded to the passivation film by an adhesive so as to face the inorganic film with the passivation film, in which the inorganic film and the passivation film are formed by the same material. |
