<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste charging control device and a waste charging control method which determines the charging timing of waste quantitatively with excellent accuracy.SOLUTION: A waste charging control device 20 includes: a COflow rate measuring part 212 for measuring flow rate of COcontained in exhaust gas; a correlation housing part 221 for housing data which exhibits correlation of proportionality between flow rate of COand exhaust gas flow rate consumption unit; an exhaust gas flow rate consumption unit calculation part 222 for calculating exhaust gas flow rate consumption unit based on the flow rate of CO; an instantaneous waste treatment speed calculation part 223 for calculating instantaneous waste treatment speed based on exhaust gas quantity and exhaust gas flow rate consumption unit; a waste treatment amount accumulation value calculation part 224 for calculating accumulation value of the instantaneous waste treatment amount based on the instantaneous waste treatment speed; a first waste charging timing judging part 225 for judging subsequent waste charging timing by magnitude comparison between the accumulation value and a threshold; and a charging device driving part 230 for charging waste into a waste melting furnace according to the judgement described above.</p> |
