PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for treatment of autoimmune and other diseases.SOLUTION: There are provided methods relating to the use of CDP-therapeutic agent conjugates for the treatment of autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, or cancer. Also there are provided CDP-therapeutic agent conjugates, particles comprising CDP-therapeutic agent conjugates, and compositions comprising CDP-therapeutic agent conjugates. In one aspect, the invention features a method of treating an autoimmune disease in a subject, e.g., a human subject, comprising administering a CDP-therapeutic agent conjugate, particle or composition to the subject, e.g., a human subject, in an amount effective to treat the disease. |
