摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reforming apparatus capable of efficiently produce hydrogen.SOLUTION: A fuel reforming apparatus 100 includes a first flow passage 32 in which a supplied hydrocarbon-based feedstock flows and which is packed with a first catalyst 33 to be used for reforming reaction, a second flow passage 40 which is installed downstream of the first flow passage 32 and in which the gas having passed the first flow passage 32 flows and the main reaction of reaction occurring therein is different from the reforming reaction, first hydrogen separating means 34 which is installed in contact with the first flow passage 32 and lets hydrogen gas permeate selectively, second hydrogen separating means 38 which is installed in contact with the second flow passage 40 and lets hydrogen gas permeate selectively, a third flow passage 36 in which the hydrogen having permeated the first hydrogen separating means 34 and the hydrogen having permeated the second hydrogen separating means 38 flow, and a heating part 10 for heating at least the hydrocarbon-based feedstock and the first catalyst 33.
