PURPOSE: A full ice detecting apparatus of an ice maker for a refrigerator is provided to display the amount of ice inside an ice receiving container and sense the full of ice within the ice receiving container by forming a distance sensor on the ice maker. CONSTITUTION: A full ice detecting apparatus of an ice maker for a refrigerator comprises an ice maker body, and a distance sensor. The ice maker for a refrigerator is arranged in the refrigerator and makes ice. An ice making unit is arranged in the ice maker body. The full ice detection sensor(120) detects distance between accumulated ices delivered from an ice making unit. The distance sensor is arranged in the ice maker body. |
