METHOD FOR PREPARING FIBRIL OF EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX PROTEIN USING ELECTRIC FIELD

The present invention relates to a method to prepare fibrils of an extracellular matrix protein using an electric field. More specifically, the preparing method comprises: (a) a step of preparing a solution of an extracellular matrix protein by lysing the extracellular matrix protein; and (b) a step of preparing fibrils of the extracellular matrix protein by applying an electric field to the solution of the extracellular matrix protein. The present invention provides a technique to prepare collagen fibrils which are very thin, many nanometers in diameter, and uniform; and unlike a conventional method which is restrictively changeable, independently exist which have not been reported before by controlling the easily operable electric field.
