PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having high resolution, enabling easy acquisition of an output of a small revolution at low costs, without causing large torque reduction and a large increase of a device size.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: a motor 3 having a drive shaft 3 extending to both sides; a first reduction gear 6 attached to a part 3A extending to one side of the drive shaft of the motor 1, and having an outer case 8 and an output shaft 11 extending outward; and a second reduction gear 7 having a different reduction gear ratio of the first reduction gear 6, and including an outer case 9 and an output shaft 13 which are attached to a part 3B extending to another side of the drive shaft of the motor 1 and connected to the outer cause 8 of the first reduction gear 6; and a fixing mechanism (shaft support unit 10C) for fixing the output shaft 13 of the second reduction gear 7 to be incapable of rotation. |
