PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having an improved output characteristic.SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises a transition tab 30 for electrically connecting a first connection member 12a and a second connection member 11a between a first solar cell string 12 and a second solar cell string 11, the solar cell strings being disposed adjacent to each other. The transition tab 30 is connected with the first connection member 12a at a first connection position and connected with the second connection member 11a at a second connection position. A value D, in which the distance from an end part on a side near the second connection member 11a of the first connection member 12a to the first connection position is standardized referring to the lateral length of the first connection member 12a as 1, is within the range ±0.2 (not including 0.5 and over, however) of the value of P expressed by the equation (1) below, where A represents the effective sectional area of the conductor part of the first connection member 12a (cross section in a plane perpendicular to the lateral direction: in mmunits).
